DELIVERY
Product delivery is carried out in the territories of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.

Orders are prepared for shipment only after full payment is received. The order is sent to the buyer using ITELLA courier service to the door or to the selected SMARTPOST pickup terminal. Delivery time:

Estonia – 2 business days

Latvia – 1-2 business days

Lithuania – 1 business day

Finland – 2-5 business days

The delivery price depends on the buyer's country, the selected delivery method, and the total weight of the order. ITELLA home delivery is available for all products, while SMARTPOST pickup terminal delivery is limited to a maximum package weight of 5 kg. The delivery method and price are calculated automatically when the items are added to the shopping cart.

RETURNS
Products that the buyer does not like can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase by sending them to our warehouse at:

If returning undamaged goods, the return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
