Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. These online store rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules") are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), establishing the rights and obligations of both parties.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these Rules at any time. The Buyer will be informed of any changes on the online store's website.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase-Sale Agreement
2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer forms and submits an order for goods in the online store after familiarizing themselves with these Rules.
3. Seller's Rights
3.1. Under significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
3.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the online store's operation, stability, and security or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to restrict or suspend their access to the online store without prior notice.
4. Seller's Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the services of the online store under the conditions specified in these Rules.
4.2. The Seller is obligated to deliver the purchased goods to the Buyer using the selected delivery method, as specified in these Rules.
4.3. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Seller from delivering the ordered goods, the Seller has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement, informing the Buyer in advance. The Seller may offer an equivalent product, and if the Buyer refuses, the Seller must refund the payment within three working days.
4.4. If the Buyer exercises the right specified in section 5.2 of these Rules, the Seller must refund the Buyer within five (5) working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
4.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
5. Buyer's Rights
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store under these Rules.
5.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, by notifying the Seller in writing.
5.3. The Buyer may exercise the right in section 5.2 only if the goods are not damaged, have not undergone significant changes in appearance, and have not been used.
6. Buyer's Obligations
6.1. The Buyer must pay for and accept the purchased goods under the conditions specified in these Rules.
6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods upon delivery without a valid reason, the Buyer must cover the return costs at the Seller's request.
6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the goods and packaging together with the Seller or the delivery person.
6.4. By using the online store, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these Rules and must comply with them.
7. Prices of Goods
7.1. The prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros, excluding VAT. If applicable, the total cost includes a delivery fee.
8. Ordering and Payment
8.1. The Buyer selects the desired goods in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. After forming the shopping cart, the Buyer provides personal details necessary for order fulfillment, including name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and additional delivery information. The Buyer confirms that they have read these Rules before placing the order.
8.3. Payments can be made via Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian and Finnish online banking services, and Visa/MasterCard payment cards. Payments are processed in euros through the Paysera payment platform.
9. Delivery of Goods
9.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when ordering goods.
9.2. The Buyer must personally accept the goods. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods personally, but they are delivered to the provided address, the Buyer has no right to dispute the delivery.
9.3. The Seller delivers the goods within the terms specified in the product descriptions.
9.4. The Seller is not responsible if the product's color, shape, or other attributes do not exactly match the real product due to monitor display differences.
9.5. If the Buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, all payments, including delivery fees, are refunded.
10. Return of Goods
10.1. Quality goods can be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Defective goods are returned, replaced, or repaired in accordance with the Lithuanian Civil Code.
10.2. Returned goods must meet the following conditions:
10.2.1. They must be in the original, undamaged packaging (not applicable for defective goods).
10.2.2. They must not be damaged by the Buyer.
10.2.3. They must be unused, with intact labels and protective film (not applicable for defective goods).
10.2.4. They must be returned in the same condition and completeness as received (not applicable for defective goods).
10.2.5. The Seller has the right to refuse the return if the return conditions are not met.
10.2.6. Returns must be completed within fourteen (14) days from receipt, except for defective goods, which must be returned within the statutory warranty period.
10.3. Returns and exchanges of quality goods are carried out in accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code.
10.4. Refunds for returned goods are processed within five (5) days from the return date unless the Buyer and Seller agree otherwise.
11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. Any disputes arising from these Rules will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled under Lithuanian law.
11.3. The parties are released from obligations under these Rules if performance is impossible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control (force majeure).
